Here are some great dog-friendly cafes in the Northern Territory to try out.

1. Besser Kitchen & Brew Bar


Besser Kitchen & Brew Bar is a must-visit dog-friendly cafe in the Northern Territory. Comfortably seating 55 people plus pets, you can catch up with all your friends and family over a delicious brunch. Locals love their OG Maple Chicken Burger, Pork Benny Hash and YOLO Toast or opt for something different with a Laksa Burger. Don’t forget to order your pup a puppuccino, doggy donut, or some lip-smacking croc bites off the doggy menu!

2. Laneway Coffee

If you’re looking for a good puppuccino, Laneway Coffee is the place to be! With frothy puppuccinos and doggy donuts for your furry friend, you’ll soon become a regular here. Not a fan of donuts? Don’t worry, you can order your pup an ice cream cookie or bone cookie to go with the puppuccino.

3. Eva’s Cafe


Eva’s Cafe in the George Brown Botanic Gardens is the paw-fect dog-friendly cafe for a fun day out! Order delectable breakfast and lunch dishes, or feast with the Botanical High Tea. During Summer, you’ll sit outdoors near the Gardens Fountain while you tuck into a three-course service that includes homemade scones, jam, fresh cream, finger sandwiches, canapes, quiches and sweet treats for $65 per person.

4. De La Plage


Located right next to Casuarina Coastal Reserve, De La Plage is one of the best dog-friendly cafes in the Northern Territory. You can enjoy their delectable meals outdoors with an extensive menu that includes breakfast, lunch, desserts, and platters to share. There are hammocks, beanbags and picnic tables to keep everyone comfortable, or you can bring your own picnic mat to spread out on the lawn. After fueling up, take your pup to the off-leash area between Rapid Creek and Lee Point Rocks to run around and burn some energy.
